1. Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
2. Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at 98181 99379 with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
- Shipping Your Return: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refunds
- Processing Your Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted . These include items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- Checking for Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Bank Processing Time: Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [info@tubaxemporium.com] and send your item to: [New Delhi].
6. Gifts
- Gift Refunds: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- Non-gift Refunds: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
